Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail floor activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Train and motivate a team of sales associates to hit performance targets.
• Assist in implementing sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory levels, stock receiving and replenishment.
