Job summary

TFG Limited’s Sportscene Waterfall Mall store is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead a fast-paced retail team. You will oversee daily operations, drive KPI performance, coach staff, and ensure customer-centric service that aligns with brand standards.

This full-time role requires at least 3 years retail experience with leadership exposure, matric, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. You’ll partner with store management to optimise merchandising, visuals and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support store management with leadership to the store team.
• Ensure operational excellence through customer-centric service.
