Job summary

Sportscene Canal Walk in the Western Cape is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead the store team and drive daily operations onsite. You will partner with store management to deliver a customer-centric service, manage visual merchandising, and push performance through KPIs such as turnover and new accounts.

The role requires flexibility, leadership, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and store standards.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year store leadership.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to customers.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet business needs.
• Ability to deliver customer service and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team with outstanding leadership.
• Ensure the team delivers operational excellence with a customer-centric mindset.
• Generate motivation and commitment within the store.
• Allocate time effectively; handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Provide input and manage merchandise and visual principles.
• Drive performance through store KPIs (turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals, etc).
