TFG Limited is seeking a Floor Supervisor (40hr) for JD Sports at Canal Walk in the Western Cape. The role focuses on leading the store team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service on-site.

The ideal candidate has a Matric certificate and at least 3 years in retail with 1 year in a leadership role, plus strong leadership and communication skills to drive store KPIs.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year store leadership experience.
• Matric certificate required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team and support store management to maintain operational excellence.
• Drive KPI performance through turnover, rewards, new accounts, and visuals.
• Manage merchandise and visual principles; ensure excellent customer service.
• Balance multiple tasks and priorities with a high sense of urgency.
• Foster strong customer relationships and effective communication.
• Plan strategically and manage the sales process.
