Job summary

You will motivate the store team, manage priorities, and deliver on KPIs such as turnover and visuals, leveraging strong leadership and communication skills to adapt to varied customer needs and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to provide outstanding leadership.
