Qualifications

• Credit and lending experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Grow the customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass.
• Guide and integrate various Sales Consultants.
• Lead a service delivery culture within the branch.
• Oversee the daily operations and strategy of the Retail branch.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and risk management.
