Sanlam Developing Markets seeks a Branch Manager to grow customer base and revenue through strategic retail leadership. You will guide Sales Consultants, oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliant service delivery aligned with the branch strategy.

Qualifications

• Matric/ Grade 12 required.
• RE1 and RE5 registrations required.
• 120 Wealth Management credits or FSCA-recognised qualification.
• Class of Business accreditation (annual).
• CPD compliance current and past cycles.

Responsibilities

• Grow the customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass.
• Guide and align Sales Consultants to the branch strategy.
• Lead a service delivery culture for optimal client experience.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and planning.
• Ensure sales delivery and compliant risk management.
• Manage HR-related processes for direct reports.
• Monthly planning and reporting of sales and service activities.
• Engage stakeholders to build relationships and partnerships.
