Job summary

Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) is looking for a Branch Manager to grow customer base and revenue by executing the branch strategy. You will guide Sales Consultants and align activities with targets, ensuring service excellence across the branch.

Lead day-to-day management, implement branch strategy, and ensure compliance, risk control, and performance management in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is mandatory.
• RE1 and RE5 qualifications are required.
• 120 Wealth Management credits or FSCA-recognised tertiary qualification.
• Class of Business accreditation (annual) is required.
• CPD compliance across cycles is expected.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer base and revenue through branch strategy execution.
• Guide and standardise activities of Sales Consultants within the branch.
• Lead a service delivery culture to enhance client experience.
• Oversee day-to-day management and branch operations.
• Ensure sales delivery and establish a service culture.
