Job summary

Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) is hiring a Branch Manager to grow the customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass. You will guide Sales Consultants, lead service delivery, and manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure compliance and strong client experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership, CPD compliance, and insurance sales experience. You will engage stakeholders and drive branch strategy in a dynamic retail environment within the Sanlam group.

Qualifications

• Matric and relevant registrations.
• RE1 and RE5 certifications.
• 120 Wealth Management credits OR FSCA-recognised qualification.
• Class of Business accreditation (annual) and CPD compliance.
• Minimum 5 years leadership with service management and insurance sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer base and revenue of Sanlam Retail Mass through branch strategy execution.
• Guide and standardise activities of Sales Consultants within the branch.
• Lead a service delivery culture and enable an optimal client experience.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and management of the Retail branch.
• Ensure branch sales delivery and drive a service culture.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and risk management.
