Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management or similar leadership experience.
• Proven track record in front-of-house operations and guest service.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of F&B cost control, inventory and P&L.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with POS systems and standard office software.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
• Must reside in Soweto, Gauteng or be willing to relocate.

About the Role

Our client, a highly respected upscale dining restaurant in Soweto, Gauteng, is seeking an experienced and charismatic Restaurant Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences, driving profitability, and fostering a positive work environment. The Restaurant Manager will lead the front‑of‑house team, manage customer service, control costs, and uphold the restaurant's reputation for quality and ambiance. Key Responsibilities
