Job summary

Pedros Chicken in Durban is opening a brand-new store and seeks passionate individuals to join the launch team. This role offers the chance to grow with the brand in a fast-paced environment, contributing to building a strong store culture from day one.

We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of restaurant or fast-food service experience, plus a solid grasp of customer service and verbal communication. GAAP/Micros experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Restaurant and Fast-Food Service experience. Minimum +1 year related experience required.
• GAAP/ Micros experience and knowledge - advantageous

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the restaurant/ take-away.
• Maintain quality standards of food and COMPANY'S SOPs.
• Oversee stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain service levels.
• Maximise profitability and meet sales and GP% targets, including staff motivation.
• Manage staff including discipline and rosters.
• Work within a team to drive the restaurant/take-away forward.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
