Job summary

Pedros is opening a brand-new store in Krugersdorp and seeking energetic individuals to join the launch team. You will help run the restaurant/take-away operations from day one, ensuring service excellence and adherence to standards.

You will supervise stock, purchasing, staff rosters, and discipline, while driving profitability and hitting GP targets. The role focuses on customer service, teamwork, and health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Restaurant and fast-food service experience with 1+ year
• GAAP/Micros experience (advantageous)
• Strong management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the restaurant/take-away
• Maintain food quality and SOP adherence
• Oversee stock control, purchasing, and orders
• Handle customer complaints and maintain service levels
• Drive profitability and sales targets; motivate staff
• Manage staff, rosters, and discipline
• Work in a team and push restaurant forward
