About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through various channels, including online databases, job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess basic qualifications, experience, and interest in roles.
• Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Present candidate profiles to Recruitment Consultants, highlighting key skills and experience.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the initial stages of the recruitment process.
• Assist with market research to identify talent pools and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment system.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from the first point of contact.

Requirements
