About the Role

Our client, a well-established recruitment consultancy operating from Benoni, Gauteng , is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Resourcing Consultant. This role is pivotal in supporting the firm's recruitment efforts by proactively sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates for a broad spectrum of roles across multiple industries. You will work closely with senior consultants to understand client requirements and build robust talent pipelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong research skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to effectively utilize various sourcing channels. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify suitable candidates for various live vacancies using multiple channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, databases).
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, interest, and availability.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
• Partner with Recruitment Consultants to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the CRM/ATS system.
• Assist with interview scheduling and logistics.
• Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and industry trends.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
• Support the team in achieving recruitment targets by providing a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
• Adhere to recruitment best practices and compliance standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a similar talent acquisition support role.
• Proven ability to source candidates using various online platforms and tools.
• Good understanding of different job roles and industry sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS/CRM systems.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the Gauteng job market is a plus.
