Our client, a respected resort known for its commitment to exceptional service and natural beauty, is seeking a seasoned Resort Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence at every turn.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily resort operations and maintain all facilities to the highest standards.
• Ensure the effective and efficient maintenance and upkeep of the resort.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with guests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Manage departmental budgets and handle financial and operational documentation.
• Professionally address guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Oversee online booking platforms and manage reservations across various periods.
• Lead, motivate, and manage resort staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a hospitality team.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Budget management and asset management capabilities.
• Proficiency in stock control and operational management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the hospitality industry.

• Experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment.
