Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in resort or hotel operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of success in managing diverse operational departments and achieving financial targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of resort operations, including F&A, accommodation, and recreation.
• Proficiency in resort management software (PMS) and financial reporting tools.
• Experience in budget management and cost control is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the resort's operations.
• Knowledge of the local tourism landscape in **Nelspruit** and the surrounding **Mpumalanga** region is beneficial.
