Job summary

Qunu Falls Resort in Ixopo, Southern Drakensberg, is seeking a Resort Manager to oversee daily operations, guest satisfaction, and staff leadership. The role requires a formal hotel management qualification and at least five years in senior resort management with F&B involvement.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, coordinate bookings, and ensure high service standards across all departments, including maintenance and safety.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years' senior management experience in a hotel or resort environment with a strong Food & Beverage operations component.
• Proven experience in operational management and service excellence.
• Sound knowledge of budget management.
• Experience in asset management and stock control.
