Placements24 is seeking a Remote Youth Development Facilitator to inspire and guide young people through online workshops, mentoring sessions, and skill-building activities. The role focuses on leadership, career readiness, and personal growth, delivered entirely online to youths in and around Stellenbosch.

You will design virtual programs, mentor participants, and use digital platforms to foster engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth work or related field.
• Strong online engagement skills.
• Excellent online communication and presentation.
• Familiarity with video conferencing and LMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate engaging virtual workshops and training sessions focused on life skills, leadership, and career exploration for youth.
• Provide online mentorship and guidance to young people, supporting their development.
• Utilize digital tools to engage youth and build positive relationships.
• Develop and curate online resources and materials to support learning.
• Collaborate with online groups and educational institutions to promote participation.
