Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Youth Development Coordinator to design, implement, and manage remote programs serving communities across South Africa. You will engage with youth, schools, NGOs, and partner organizations to deliver impactful initiatives and empower the next generation from anywhere.

You will design education and leadership programs, coordinate virtual workshops, and monitor outcomes while leveraging digital platforms to maximize reach and impact for young people nationwide.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Youth Development, Social Sciences, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in youth program design, coordination, or facilitation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage projects.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with online collaboration tools and digital communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement youth development programs focused on education, skills training, and leadership.
• Coordinate virtual engagement activities, workshops, and mentorship opportunities.
• Collaborate with online platforms and social media to promote participation and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, NGOs, and youth organizations remotely.
• Monitor outcomes, collect data, and generate reports on youth engagement and impact.
• Provide remote guidance and support to participants.
