Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Youth Development, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in youth work, program coordination, or education.
• Excellent facilitation and virtual presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of adolescent development and youth challenges.
• Proficiency with online collaboration tools and video conferencing.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement youth programs focused on education, life skills, and career readiness.
• Facilitate online workshops, mentoring sessions, and group activities.
• Provide individual guidance addressing personal and academic development.
