Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Remote Youth Engagement Coordinator to design and manage engaging virtual programs for youth aged 13–24. You will facilitate online workshops, mentorships, and group discussions to empower teens and young adults in a flexible remote setting.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in a related field, 3+ years working with youth, and proven ability to deliver online content. Abilities in Zoom/Google Meet, social platforms, and project coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Youth Development, Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with youth, in program coordination or facilitation.
• Experience delivering virtual programs or online content for youth.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to connect with youth online.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Google Meet, social media and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement virtual programs and activities for youth aged 13–24.
• Facilitate online workshops, mentorship sessions, and group discussions.
• Recruit, onboard, and support youth participants for programs.
• Build positive relationships with young people via online channels.
• Collaborate with schools, community groups and youth organizations.
• Create content for social media and digital platforms to promote engagement.
• Organize and coordinate virtual events, challenges, projects.
• Track engagement and program outcomes; provide regular reports.
• Identify challenges and develop creative remote engagement solutions.
• Stay current on best practices in youth development and digital engagement.
