Job summary

Tidal is seeking a detail-oriented Wholesale Order Specialist to support logistics and fulfillment for our fast-growing e-commerce client. The role requires managing wholesale orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with 3PLs, sales reps, and retail partners.

You will work remotely in a full-time capacity, using tools like Shopify Plus, SPS Commerce, and ERP systems. Strong English communication and a proactive, detail-focused mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced

Qualifications

3–5 years freelancing experience.
Prior wholesale operations, order fulfillment, or logistics experience.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce and ERP platforms.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
High attention to detail and follow-through on complex processes.
Proactive, solutions-focused with good time management.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

Process B2B wholesale orders and track fulfillment from entry to delivery
Coordinate with 3PLs, freight partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments
Monitor open orders, resolve discrepancies, and prevent chargebacks
Maintain wholesale documentation, including invoices, packing slips, and routing guides
Communicate proactively with retail partners on order status and issue resolution
Support compliance with retailer guidelines and EDI requirements
Update and audit ERP and sales systems for accuracy and completeness
