Placements24 is seeking an proactive E-commerce Operations Assistant to support online retail activities entirely remotely. You will handle order processing, product listings, and customer communication to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and optimal customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, administration, or customer support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders accurately and coordinate with fulfillment/shipping.
• Manage product listings, update descriptions, pricing, and images.

• Monitor website performance and escalate technical issues.
• Assist in managing inventory across online channels and flag low stock items.
