Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous E-commerce Operations Specialist to join a fully remote team. You will manage day-to-day store operations, including orders, shipping, and returns, while optimizing workflows to enhance customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in e-commerce operations and proficiency with Shopify/WooCommerce, paired with strong analytical and organizational skills in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in e-commerce operations or logistics.
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, and inventory management systems.
• Strong data-driven, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations including orders, shipping, and returns.
• Monitor inventory levels across all sales channels and replenish timely.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers and carriers for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Troubleshoot order issues, delays, and customer service inquiries related to fulfillment.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all operational activities and transactions.
