Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote E-commerce Operations Manager to lead online fulfillment and logistics, ensuring cost-efficient and timely delivery. You will manage the full order lifecycle from processing to shipping while coordinating with 3PLs and driving scalable improvements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, deep supply chain knowledge for e-commerce, and proven remote leadership capabilities to guide a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in e‑commerce operations, logistics or supply chain.
• Proven ability to optimize fulfillment processes for online retail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the e-commerce order fulfillment process, including processing, picking, packing and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels across online channels and prevent stockouts/overstocking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with 3PL providers and shipping carriers.
• Implement and refine workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and delivery speed.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, cost-saving opportunities and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards in warehousing and shipping.
• Lead and manage a remote team of operations specialists and provide performance feedback.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve fulfillment-related issues promptly.
