Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Lead to guide and optimize warehouse strategies remotely across multiple locations. The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, leadership of distributed teams, and implementing scalable operational models from a distance.

The ideal candidate will master Lean principles, drive continuous improvements, and oversee WMS initiatives while maintaining strong communication with site-based managers and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7–10+ years in warehouse operations management.
• Experience leading large-scale warehouse operations.
• Expertise in Lean/Six Sigma or similar CI frameworks.
• Strong WMS understanding and implementation experience.
• Remote leadership and cross-site collaboration skills.
• Proficient with data analysis and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best practices for warehouse operations across facilities.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead remote teams and on-site managers to achieve excellence.
• Design and roll out SOPs for warehousing processes.
• Oversee WMS implementation and optimization.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards.
