Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Warehouse Process Improvement Specialist to analyze and optimize warehouse workflows from anywhere. You will use Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste, cut costs, and improve safety and quality across facilities.

Collaboration with on-site teams and data-driven decision making are key to this role. You will develop SOPs, training materials, and KPIs to measure impact, while researching new technologies to enhance efficiency and reliability in a global logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in process improvement, ops analysis, or similar, focused on warehousing/logistics.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze complex processes and implement effective solutions.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies using data and observation.
• Design and implement new processes to optimize efficiency, cost, and safety.
• Apply Lean or Six Sigma to streamline operations and improve quality.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for new processes.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to implement improvements and manage change.
• Measure impact using KPIs and track performance over time.
• Research and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency.
