Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a remote operations team within a global supply chain network. You will optimize warehouse efficiency, drive cost savings, and oversee all facets of inventory, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping from a distributed, remote environment.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and data-driven decision making to deliver continuous improvement and competitive performance across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in logistics and warehouse management, with a significant portion in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of managing complex warehouse operations and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management systems, and warehouse technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance warehouse efficiency and throughput.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stockouts or overstock situations.
• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving and put-away to picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed team of logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies across all operational facets.
