With 8+ years in warehouse operations and strong WMS/automation knowledge, you will lead remote teams, develop training, and travel as needed to ensure safe, compliant operations across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in warehouse operations management with leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in WMS, automation, and logistics technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytics skills.
• Ability to lead remote teams and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor warehouse policies and procedures.
• Set KPIs for warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze data across locations to identify trends and improvements.
• Provide remote leadership and support to on-site managers.
• Develop training materials for warehouse workforce.
