Placements24 seeks a visionary Lead Warehouse Operations Manager to head remote operations in the Logistics & Warehousing sector. You will set strategic direction, optimize inventory and distribution, and manage multicenter teams with a focus on cost savings and compliance.

You will leverage WMS/ERP expertise, drive KPIs, and partner with procurement, transportation, and sales to align the supply chain. A strong leadership and data-driven approach are essential for success in a nationwide remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in logistics, supply chain or business administration.
• 8+ years in warehouse management and logistics, with 3+ years in a senior lead role.
• Experience across multiple sites and large-scale warehouse operations.
• Deep knowledge of WMS, ERP, and inventory control techniques.
• Strong track record of cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
• Proven leadership, remote management, and excellent communication.
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making and strong problem solving.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehousing.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock.
• Lead warehouse staff, provide training and performance management in a remote context.
• Enforce health and safety protocols for on-site personnel.
• Utilize WMS and systems to improve efficiency, tracking, and reporting.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with procurement, transportation, and sales to align operations with the supply chain.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and adoption of best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
