Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Virtual Event Coordinator for its fully remote team. You will plan, execute and manage webinars, online conferences, and virtual team-building activities from your home office.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience with Zoom, Hopin or Teams, strong project management, and superb communication to ensure engaging attendee experiences across diverse clients in hospitality and tourism ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating virtual events and webinars.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong client liaison and content coordination.
• Proactive problem-solving during live sessions.
• Knowledge of branding guidelines and client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage virtual events end-to-end.
• Coordinate with speakers and moderators.
• Manage attendee registration and communications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions.
• Produce post-event reports and analyses.
