Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Virtual Events Coordinator to join its remote-first team. You will plan, execute, and manage online conferences, webinars, and corporate gatherings for clients worldwide using leading virtual platforms.

Responsibilities include developing event timelines, coordinating with clients, vendors and internal teams, overseeing speaker onboarding and live moderation, and producing post-event analyses to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating virtual or hybrid events.
• Proficiency with major virtual event platforms (Hopin, Zoom Events, Bizzabo, Cvent).
• Strong organizational, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of virtual events from concept to post-event analysis.
• Liaise with clients to understand objectives and audience.
• Develop event timelines, run-of-show, and contingency plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, AV, and marketing teams.
• Manage speaker onboarding, rehearsals, and technical checks.
• Oversee live moderation and attendee engagement.
