Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Virtual Events Manager to plan, execute, and oversee high‑impact virtual events for a global clientele. You will master platforms such as Zoom Events, Hopin, and Cvent, and drive engaging attendee experiences through strong project management and digital engagement strategies.

This fully remote role requires meticulous planning, clear client communication, and collaboration with speakers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in virtual or hybrid events.
• Proficient with Zoom Events, Hopin, Cvent.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of virtual events, from concept to post-event analysis.
• Select and manage virtual event platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• Develop event agendas, content flow, and engagement strategies to maximize attendee participation.
• Coordinate with speakers, presenters, and facilitators for smooth virtual delivery.
• Manage technical aspects, including streaming, audio-visual, and interactive features.
• Liaise with clients to understand event objectives and provide guidance.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee event marketing and communications to drive registrations and attendance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide real-time support during events.
• Conduct post-event analysis, gathering feedback and reporting on KPIs.
