Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Virtual Events Coordinator to plan, execute, and manage a portfolio of online and hybrid hospitality-focused events. You will handle budgeting, vendor relations, and post-event analysis while collaborating with marketing and sales in a remote-first environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proactive project management, and the ability to deliver polished virtual experiences for industry professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and coordinating virtual or hybrid events, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Bizzabo) and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and hybrid events, webinars, and conferences.
• Manage event budgets,Vendor relationships, and logistical arrangements for virtual platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to define event objectives, themes, and content.
• Develop engaging event agendas, speaker outreach, and content creation support.
• Oversee event registration, attendee communication, and technical support during live sessions.
