Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Teams, Webex, Hopin.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for remote work.
• Experience with event registration and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing or Communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute virtual events, webinars, and online conferences.
• Manage event platforms from setup to execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Develop event agendas, manage speaker coordination, and facilitate online engagement.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during live events.
