Placements24 is seeking a creative and highly organized Virtual Events & Experiences Coordinator to join their expanding remote team. This role designs, plans, and executes engaging online events and hospitality experiences that captivate audiences and reinforce brand engagement across digital channels.

You will manage all aspects of virtual event logistics, from platform selection and technical setup to content coordination and attendee engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to secure speakers, content, and promotional materials.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize attendee engagement and participation.
• Manage event registration, communication, and follow-up processes.
• Monitor event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in virtual events and online engagement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during live events.
• Maintain a calendar of upcoming virtual events and promotional activities.
