Responsibilities include timelines, budgets, registrations, and post-event analysis, with opportunities to influence event strategy and attendee engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator with virtual or hybrid events.
• Strong knowledge of virtual platforms (Zoom Events, Hopin, vFairs).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities in remote settings.
• Experience in Hospitality & Tourism is advantageous.
• Proficient with project management tools and standard office software.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute virtual and hybrid events from concept to completion.
• Source and manage relationships with virtual event platforms, technology providers, and vendors.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and detailed run-sheets.
• Coordinate speaker engagements, content delivery, and attendee engagement strategies.
• Manage event registration, communications with attendees, and post-event feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and drive attendance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during live virtual events.
• Stay abreast of trends and technologies in virtual event management.
• Liaise with clients to understand objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
