Placements24 is seeking a Virtual Event Planner & Hospitality Coordinator to design and deliver compelling online experiences. This fully remote role demands creativity, logistics flair, and meticulous attention to detail to manage virtual events from concept to follow-up.

You will coordinate vendors, develop run-of-show documents, and ensure attendees feel connected and well-catered while working with a global team focused on innovation in virtual hospitality solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning, with a strong focus on virtual or hybrid events.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Familiar with virtual event platforms (Zoom Events, Hopin, Bizzabo).
• Experience coordinating logistics for remote participants, including shipping.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Exceptional communication and client-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual events (conferences, webinars, social gatherings).
• Source and manage vendors for platforms, catering, gifts, entertainment.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and run-of-show documents.
• Coordinate logistics of shipping hospitality packages to attendees.
• Manage attendee registration, communication, and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define event objectives and outcomes.
