Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Event Planning & Client Liaison to join our virtual operations team. You will be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them from inquiry through execution, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless events.

In this fully remote role, you will manage proposals, timelines, and budgets, while leveraging digital tools to maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning and client management, preferably remote.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and event management tools.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Client-centric approach delivering outstanding service.

Responsabilités

• Manage client communications via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Develop event proposals, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Oversee planning and execution of virtual and hybrid events.
• Address questions promptly and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain client records in the CRM system.
