Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Remote Event Catering Coordinator to manage planning and execution of virtual and hybrid events. You will be the primary client contact, coordinating all details from inquiry to post-event follow-up, all from a remote setting.

Responsibilities include liaising with clients, selecting menus, coordinating logistics, and managing timelines, while ensuring exceptional service and flawless experiences across various industries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event coordination, catering sales, or related role within hospitality.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients, understanding event needs and translating into catering plans.

• Liaise with kitchen teams, delivery personnel, and on-site staff to ensure seamless execution.
