Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative and highly organized Remote Event Planner to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role lets you manage virtual and hybrid events from your home office, coordinating across time zones for a global audience.

You will conceptualize, plan, and execute events, handle platforms like Zoom Events and Hopin, manage speakers, content, timelines, budgets, and attendee engagement while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning with virtual or hybrid events.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, remote collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, plan, and manage virtual and hybrid events from inception to completion.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects, including platform selection, speaker management, content development, and attendee engagement strategies.
• Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and project plans, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders through virtual communication channels.
• Oversee event marketing and promotion to drive registration and participation.
• Provide on-site support for hybrid events (if applicable) or manage virtual event production seamlessly.
