Placements24 seeks a proactive Virtual Event Coordinator to plan and execute online events for a global audience in the Hospitality & Tourism sector. This fully remote role requires sharp project management, strong communication, and technical savvy with leading virtual platforms.

You will coordinate with speakers and vendors, manage registrations, and analyze event performance to drive engagement and marketing impact across destinations, travel packages, and industry services.

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination or management, especially virtual events.
• Familiarity with Hospitality & Tourism industry is advantageous.
• Proficient with virtual event software (Zoom Events, Hopin, Cvent).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute virtual events such as webinars, online conferences, and virtual trade shows.
• Coordinate with speakers, presenters, and vendors for smooth delivery.
• Manage event registration, attendee comms, and post-event follow-up.
• Utilize virtual platforms to create engaging interfaces and manage Q&A sessions.
• Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and provide detailed reports on key metrics.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during live events to ensure a seamless experience.
