You will identify UK target companies, engage senior decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and hand over to the sales team with a concise brief. The role offers a monthly base salary up to £1,300 plus performance commissions and UK-time

Qualifications

• Proven outbound phone experience in a B2B setting.
• Excellent spoken and written English suitable for UK business owners and directors.
• Ability to source your own leads and build daily call lists from scratch.
• Curiosity, coachability, and ability to ask open questions while conveying commercial value.
• Basic understanding of why businesses invest in Google and online visibility.
• Target-driven with consistently strong motivation to hit monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Targeted Prospect Sourcing: identify UK companies (£1M+ turnover) across sectors and build daily prospect lists.
• Proactive Outbound Prospecting: initiate conversations with Managing Directors, Business Owners, and Marketing Directors.
• Conversational Problem Spotting: quickly show prospects their visibility against competitors and identify digital marketing challenges.
• Commercial Qualification: screen for genuine business requirements, active decision-makers, and investment potential.
• Appointment Setting & Handover: book discovery calls and hand over succinct brief on pain points.
• CRM & Activity Tracking: maintain daily call activity and meeting outcomes in the CRM.
