Job summary

D2B is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive UK outbound prospecting from South Africa. You will book Qualified Held Meetings with security decision-makers to feed the sales pipeline, working during UK business hours with a phone-first approach.

You’ll operate in a fast-moving SaaS scaleup, using HubSpot and parallel dialers, while ensuring compliant outreach and accurate CRM hygiene. A competitive monthly salary is offered with performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 24+ months outbound prospecting in B2B SaaS (cybersecurity, tech startup, or scaleup preferred).
• Strong phone-based outreach and ability to engage technical buyers credibly.
• Experience with parallel diallers and sales engagement workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken UK English with executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily phone-first, multichannel outreach into target UK B2B organisations.
• Secure Qualified Held Meetings (QHMs) with CISOs, IT Security Managers, and decision-makers.
• Aim for first QHM within 30 days, scaling to 10 QHMs per month.
• Conduct targeted research into decision-makers and existing tech stacks.
