Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in telecommunications systems administration or related IT support.
- Experience with VoIP technologies and PBX systems (Asterisk/Avaya/Cisco).
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic network concepts.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain PBX systems, VoIP gateways, and telecom hardware/software.
- Monitor voice and data systems uptime and performance.
- Provide remote end-user support for telecom issues and troubleshooting.
- Apply upgrades, patches, and configurations to improve security and performance.
- Document telecom configurations and procedures for IT operations.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage circuits and resolve complex issues.
