Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 6 years of telecommunications network administration experience.
In-depth knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP/H.323, and PBX systems.
Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN technologies, and security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and maintain voice and data network infra, incl. PBX, VoIP, routers, switches.
Perform system updates, patch management, and security configuration.
Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues to minimize downtime.
Develop and implement network policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage network access controls, user accounts, and security settings.
Provide guidance to junior admins and end-users on telecom systems.
