Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications systems administration or a related IT support role.
• Proficiency with VoIP technologies, PBX systems (e.g., Asterisk, Avaya, Cisco), and SIP protocols.
• Familiarity with network fundamentals relevant to telecommunications (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
