Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a technical support or systems administration role.
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.
• Proficiency with remote support tools, diagnostic utilities, and ticketing systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, with some on-site presence in Nelspruit.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert troubleshooting and support for complex technical issues via phone, email, and remote access.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network problems and develop effective solutions.
• Document technical incidents, root causes, and resolutions in the support database.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, guides, and knowledge base articles for customers and internal teams.
• Mentor junior support staff on technical troubleshooting techniques.
