Based near Polokwane but fully remote, you will provide comprehensive remote assistance for hardware, software, and network issues, serving clients nationwide and ensuring quick resolution with high satisfaction.

Responsibilities include documenting steps in the ticketing system, escalating complex cases, and helping with basic account and network tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IT Support or Help Desk role.
• Knowledge of Windows/macOS, Office, and networks.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable home setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
