Qualifications
- Extensive experience as Equipment Maintenance Specialist or Field Technician with remote support.
- Proficient in diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Experience with remote access and diagnostic software.
- Strong communication and virtual collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support and advanced troubleshooting.
- Conduct in-depth remote diagnostics using specialized software.
- Develop and document comprehensive remote maintenance guides.
- Train on-site personnel via virtual communication.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify issues and prevent problems.
